Cow and the Fly Optical Illusion

This is one of the better illusions that require you to stare. The clarity of the picture after you follow the instructions below is soo amazing.

The Color in the photo of Cow is not well balanced (the left side is bluish and the right has too much yellow).To restore the color balance stare at the fly in the second diagram for 30 seconds,then look at the cow again.
You will see that the lighter blue and yellow colours in cow image getting a bit darker.

Public Art at Cardiff Bay barrage UK

Swiss artist Felice Varini and his team created an unusual piece of public art that is set to baffle and fascinate visitors to Cardiff Bay barrage.A series of three yellow ellipses have been painted onto the working locks, gates and even the outer sea wall to create a piece that took a year to plan.

From virtually every angle the marks look like splashes of yellow colour against the backdrop of the Penarth headland and the Bristol channel.But on closer inspection visitors to the Barrage are treated to a visual spectacle featuring three perfectly formed yellow ellipses.
All you have to do to see Felice Varini's 'Anamorphic illusion' properly formed, like in the below picture, is find a precise vantage point somewhere on the barrage.

The piece, entitled 3 Ellipses for 3 Locks, was commissioned by arts agency CBAT for the Cardiff Harbour Authority and cost £25,000.The artist used photography, projection and painting to plan the piece which is his first in Wales and also his first work in the UK.

Underwater illusions

This image is really cool! They really taken a very confusing image.There body is looking big underwater .Its kind of glass effect.When You put down your half finger in water and you notice that its looking big under water and guess you would have freaked out if you done this when you were a kid :D.

Jastrow illusion

The top object appears to be smaller then the bottom one but they are actually the same size. Move the top shape over the bottom to see that they are the same size.
They are the same size but the short edge of the orange one is compared to the longside of the red one. Therefore, the red figures looks as if it were longer.

Club Med Faces Ads campaign illusion

As i said before, many great companies are successfully using illusions kind of images for their Ads campaigns. One of them is Club Med, a French corporation of vacation resorts found in many parts of the world,usually in highly exotic locations. With slogan "Discover New Worlds, Discover New People" and alluding on this slogan.

This would be quite the complicated photo shoot,You'd have to first draw the picture, then actually go out and pose divers in the exact positions that you needed them, with all the scuba equipment in tact. Then you'd have to enlarge and shrink all the pictures to be just right, and then blue and edit the edges so that it would form into a little more of a human face. Experience Your Blind Spot

This is really a great one..I had never experienced this type of illusion yet and I am also very thankful to Tucker D who had send me this .

Close your left eye and just focus your right eye on the tiny cross. At some point the big circle will disappear as it crosses your 'blind spot'. If you can't see this effect, then try sitting closer/further from the screen,try maintaining a proper distance.



You will find out that different people have their blind spots in different areas,so try this experience with your friends or anybody.

Those catterpillar like drawings appears to moving in left and right directions.Even though it is infact completely still.

Mona Lisa smile illusion

This image is really so Amazing!.When i looked Mona Lisa's first picture it was just fine, but there is something intensely wrong with her in the second picture. Her eyes are looking down or they are upside down.

Now look at the same images right side up.Turn your monitor upside-down or turn your head upside down just for sometime ;) and now you see the face again looks fine in second image too.

You probably recognized Mona Lisa right away--even upside-down. Two upside-down Mona Lisas may look strange (one perhaps stranger than the other), but turn them right-side-up and one looks normal. Why the surprising difference?

Since an upside-down face is not a familiar point of view, you may not have noticed that one of these pictures has been altered. In the right-hand photo, Mona's eyes and mouth have been turned around. It's only when the photos are turned right-side-up, and the view is more familiar, that you notice the real distortion.

Since you are obviously using a computer to view this, you may have access to photo-processing software and image-capture hardware. Try to capture your own face and flip the eyes and mouth.

Beautiful Hair illusion

Check this out! This is a really a cool image.When i seen at the upper image it looked like a woman sitting beside of that person ,but she is not. As you can see a hairy Dog in another image down , it looks like he loves that Dog more than any other person :P.This is really confusing and makes multiple meanings.

If you have had seen only the upper image, you must didnt even known what is the real seen "am i right" ? :).

Zooming circles illusion

Hello did anyone found any thing about the below picture of Great giant sleeping ,it look quite scary though ;)

Daniel White(Skytopia) was happy enough to share his great optical illusions work with me.This cool optical illusion here has been seen before, but he have spruced it up by adding colour, multiple layers, and making it bigger!! The idea is to focus on the dot in the centre and then move your head constantly towards and away from the monitor. You should see the circles rotate spookily!
This moving in and out your head in this image sounds funny :P.

Great giants sleeping in Birmanian lake

Some say that this picture was made because of wind on a huge rock at a Birmanian Lake (where is this lake?).The picture can be taken at this clarity once a year, when the sun rays fall in a specific degree to show the picture out of the rock so obvious.

The face and body in this image look similar to the statue of Buddha: The Indian holy man on whose life and teachings buddhism is based.
I dont know whats the real fact about this picture ,is it just a painting or a any real historical lake? I also tried to find data about this in internet ,but it was useless.If any body know more details about this picture please send me.

Jesus in cement floor illusion

This image of Jesus has been uncovered in the cement of a factory floor in Wolverhampton.
The convincing likeness of the son of God may look like it was intentionally created, but it was actually the result of a flash flood after a torrential downpour.
During the hour-long rain storm, water surged into the reception of EMS Maintenance in Willenhall, Wolverhampton.

Desperate staff grabbed mops and buckets to get the torrent under control but the concrete floor was quickly submerged under eight inches of water.
The workforce was sent home during the flood and when they returned the next day, they were met by the fine image of Christ .
